Van Aanholt Return Lifts Foxes

Chelsea loanee Patrick Van Aanholt has returned from injury to give Sven-Goran Eriksson's play-off chasing side a welcome boost ahead of their trip to Middlesbrough tomorrow. The Holland Under-21 international has not featured for Leicester since picking up a thigh injury during the home stalemate against rivals Coventry City a month ago. And, in the full-backs absence, the Foxes' play-off push has clearly suffered with the side dropping down to 11th place in the Championship table. Eriksson welcomed the youngster's return. He said: 'It is good to have Patrick back, as Ben (Mee) is a major doubt. 'Patrick came back two days ago and has trained in two sessions with us. He is fit, so he is available and he might come back in.' The City boss also revealed that he had no other injury concerns following the international break - where seven players represented their countries - including new signing Diomansy Kamara, who could make his debut alongside Aiyegbeni Yakubu in attack tomorrow.
