Sousa shrugs off fears over job security

New Leicester manager Paulo Sousa insists he is not living in fear of trigger-happy chairman Milan Mandaric. Sousa is the sixth permanent manager to take the reins at the Walkers Stadium during Mandaric's three year tenure - a figure which stretches to 12 when caretaker bosses are included. I don't think about the past, just present and future," Sousa told the Leicester Mercury. "If I started work here thinking that Milan had put five or six managers away, then I wouldn't have taken the decision to come. "I took the decision because it's a great club with a great history and I am a manager with a lot of confidence that I will do very well. Working together, we can achieve what we want for each other. "I would only be concerned if I didn't believe in myself. I have full confidence in my ability and in my knowledge but, of course, results dictate things. "I am a manager and I want to win. If I lose, then I can't be here. I want to win to progress my career and for the future."
