Leicester manager Paulo Sousa could be given more than £10million to spend on new players, according to the club`s new owner Vichai Raksriaksorn. Thai businessman Raksriaksorn, the head of the Thailand-based duty-free shopping giants King Power Group, leads the Asian Football Investments Consortium that completed the takeover of City last week. Raksriaksorn is targeting promotion to the Premier League and insists Sousa will be given significant funds to build a squad capable of realising his dream. "We will provide financial support for the club to buy new players to strengthen the team. The budget may be more than £10million," said Raksriaksorn at a press conference conducted at the Pullman Hotel in Bangkok. "It is a challenge. Our goal is to take Leicester back to the Premier League next year."
