Sousa Excited By Challenge
Paolo Sousa has said he is excited by the challenge of working with the Leicester City team. Former Swansea boss Paolo Sousa was confirmed as City's new manager today, signing a three year deal at the club. Incredibly, he becomes Milan Mandaric's seventh manager since he took over at the Walkers Stadium. Talking of the task ahead at Leicester, Sousa said: 'I am delighted to be here. It is a great club with great suporters and a rich history and I am excited by the challenge. 'The club has a fantastic stadium with great facilities and I am very much looking forward to working with the players.' Sousa added. Chairman Milan Mandaric added: 'I am delighted to acquire a manager of such great calibre. Paolo has an excellent reputation as both a player and now as a manager and I believe he is the right man to take our club forward. 'I admire his style of football and I am sure all our supporters will join me in looking ahead to the new season.' He added.
