Parkes ready for Foxes exit
Leicester defender Tom Parkes looks set for a loan spell away from the Walkers Stadium.
The teenage centre-half, who spent six months on loan at League Two club Burton last season, is regarded as a promising prospect but it is too soon for him to make the step up into the first team.
Manager Sven-Goran Eriksson is considering allowing the 18-year-old to sort out a move this week.
He told the Leicester Mercury: "I believe he will be a very good centre-half, but it is difficult as I cannot put him in now because I have not seen him during the pre-season. He needs to play more."
