Moreno set for Foxes
Leicester are set to sign Moreno, according to the Portuguese midfielder.
The 28-year-old has been linked with a move to the Walkers Stadium since his fellow countryman Paulo Sousa became manager a month ago.
The Vitoria Guimaraes player, whose full name is Joco Miguel da Cunha Teixeira, told Portuguese website Maisfutebol: "He (Sousa) has convinced me to go to England.
"It was fundamental to speak with him. He has known me for a while."
Moreno has been at Guimaraes, who play in the Portuguese top flight, for the past six seasons, making 116 appearances for the club. They finished fifth last season.
Moreno would be Sousa's third signing following the arrival of Benfica loanee Miguel Vitor and striker Leon Crncic.
