Mattock: Time was right to leave
The 19-year-old left-back completed his switch to the Baggies on Monday in a deal worth just over £1million.
He said: "I felt like I'd done enough at Leicester and when West Brom came in I felt my time was up.
"It was a really tough, tough decision to leave. I grew up in Leicester, made my debut at 16 and it was my dream."
