The 28-year-old will remain at Pride Park until the start of January and goes straight into the squad for their home game against Reading on Saturday.[LNB]County manager Nigel Clough has made no secret of his desire to add pace into his forward line with Steven Davies still sidelined by a hamstring injury and Chris Porter working his way back to fitness after a hip operation.[LNB]He said: "This is a deal we've worked hard on and it is always nice when your hard work pays off, I'm really pleased. He has raw pace and as I've said already this week that is something we've been missing up top. It certainly gives us another option and more competition."[LNB]Campbell has regularly been on the substitutes' bench since coming back into the reckoning at Leicester almost two months ago but he has made only three appearances.[LNB]City boss Nigel Pearson added: "I had a chat with DJ and decided, with the transfer window coming to a close, that a month's loan would be good for him to get some games in."[LNB][LNB]
