"Last season they had a very good back four so it is very easy to come into an established, settled defence," he told the Leicester Mercury.
"It was easy slot in and dictate your own game to them. Everyone is very focused. They are all individual characters but when they come together as a unit they gel together well."
The Foxes have conceded only three league goals this season but have struggled to find the net at the other end - scoring just four times in five matches.
Weale famously claimed a last-minute equaliser for Yeovil against Hereford back in April, and has not ruled out getting forward for his new club. He said: "It is in the past now but, you never know, it might happen again. Whether I go up there for Leicester will depend on the game and the circumstances. If it is required I would give it a go."
