Fryatt blow for Foxes
Leicester manager Nigel Pearson has confirmed striker Matty Fryatt has suffered a broken jaw during the goalless draw with Doncaster.
The 12-goal striker was involved in a clash with Rovers skipper Brian Stock and after a lengthy period of treatment on the field, he left on a stretcher and with a neck brace on.
After leaving the Walkers Stadium in an ambulance, X-rays at hospital have shown a fracture and Pearson was not happy with the challenge from Stock.
"Fryatt has broken his jaw in two places. Obviously it's not going to be a short-term thing," he said.
"But it's not a very good challenge is it. I have seen the video."
When pressed further on his views of the challenge, Pearson refused to elaborate and replied: "I've said enough. You'll have to see it yourself, I am sure they will show it."
