Foxes bag Baggies tie
Leicester will host midlands rivals West Brom in the Carling Cup fourth round.
The Foxes defeated Portsmouth in the previous round to reach this stage of the competition for only the third time since lifting the trophy in 2000.
The tie will take place the week commencing October 25.
