Foxes arrange Real friendly
Leicester will host nine-time European champions Real Madrid in a pre-season friendly.
The Spanish cup holders will visit the Walkers Stadium on July 30, one week before the new npower Championship campaign begins, in what will be their only fixture in the UK this summer.
Real manager Jose Mourinho could include the world`s two most expensive players in Cristiano Ronaldo and Kaka in his squad, along with World Cup winners Iker Casillas, Sergio Ramos and Xabi Alonso.
"It is fantastic that Leicester City will be taking on one of the worlds most famous teams," Foxes boss Sven-Goran Eriksson told the club`s official website. "Real Madrid is a club with great tradition and their squad is filled with world-class players.
"Their manager is someone who demands the best from his players, whatever the occasion, and I am sure it will be an exciting day for our players, and of course, our supporters.
"This fixture shows that the club is growing all the time and emphasises the owners` commitment to moving Leicester City forward."
