Club Announce New Board Members

Leicester City have announced three new boardroom members. Vichai Raksriaksorn, Supornthip Choungrangsee and Susan Whelan have all became directors at the club, but it is still unclear who will succeed Milan Mandaric as chairman. Vichai Raksriaksorn, father of executive director Aiyawatt 'Top' Raksriaksorn is chairman of the King Power Group that owns an 80% share of the club. Susan Whelan is the senior executive and vice-president of King Power while Supornthip Choungrangsee is chief executive officer of three companies: Branded the Agency Co Ltd, Tippy Co Ltd and Working Diamond Co Ltd. Leicester City released the following statement: 'All three of the new directors will add a wealth of business knowledge and experience to the club's board. 'They join Ayawatt Raksriaksorn, chief executive Lee Hoos, chief finance officer Mark Johnson and Malcolm Stewart-Smith to form the Leicester City board of directors. 'City have yet to announce a new chairman to lead the board.'
