The Sunderland striker has featured mainly off the bench for the Foxes this term having joined in the summer.[LNB]The 19-year-old is expected to return to Wearside in January but Waghorn states that if the opportunity arose he would be willing to stay on for a further four months.[LNB]Black Cats manager Steve Bruce is said to be keeping a close eye on the striker's exploits at the Walkers Stadium and could want Waghorn, who netted his fourth goal of the season on Saturday, as cover for Darren Bent, Kenwyne Jones and Fraizer Campbell.[LNB]"It would be a wrench to leave as long as I'm enjoying it," he told the Daily Mirror. "I don't know what is happening at the minute, but I would definitely be happy to stay. I like the club and enjoy being with the lads.[LNB]"So I don't see why I wouldn't stay if the chance was there."[LNB]Leicester were held to a 1-1 draw against Scunthorpe at the weekend and lost ground on the top two as a result but although Waghorn admits the Foxes have been lacking goals recently he highlighted that at least the team were creating chances.[LNB]"We should have scored a few more goals," he added. "They weren't ready to deal with us and we were getting in all over the place.[LNB]"We're not scoring as many as we'd like, but we are creating chances - and some team is really going to get it sooner or later."[LNB][LNB] Nottm.
