Wise agrees striker deal

Leeds United are on the verge of signing Bristol City striker Enoch Showunmi after agreeing terms with the Championship club for the 25-year-old's services.

The London-born forward scored 18 goals in 59 appearances for the Robins after moving to Ashton Gate from Luton Town in the summer of 2006.

The Nigeria international started his career with Willesden Constantine, before being snapped up by Town in 2003 and went on to score 16 times in 47 starts for the Hatters.

He was part of the Luton squad that won back-to-back promotions before joining Bristol City on a Bosman free transfer.
