Leeds United have signed Coventry City centre-back Matt Heath on loan until the New Year.
The 25-year-old former Leicester City stopper has struggled to hold down a first-team spot with the Sky Blues this term and has welcomed the chance to impress at Elland Road.
He told United's official club website: "This is a great opportunity for me.
"I was told I could find somewhere on loan and things have happened really quickly. This is a great club with a great set-up.
"I know that we're scrapping for the points at the moment, but I'm looking forward to the challenge and can't wait to get started."
Heath joined Coventry in the summer of 2005 from the Foxes and has scored twice in 34 appearances for the Sky Blues.
