Swindon seal deal for Douglas

Douglas had been looking for a new club after rejecting the offer of a new contract by Leeds at the end of last season. Danny Wilson is a big admirer of the Republic of Ireland midfielder and the League One club have now wrapped up the signing of the 27-year-old, who will link up with his new team-mates for training on Friday. He becomes the second Ireland international to join Wilson's side this week after Alan O'Brien arrived on a free transfer following his departure from Hibernian.
