Staunton ready for challenge

Steve Staunton sees his main aim as improving the players' confidence after being appointed as Leeds United's new assistant manager.
Staunton will work with new boss Gary McAllister following Dennis Wise's decision to join Newcastle United, and the former Republic of Ireland manager is looking forward to the challenge.
"It hasn't been great since Christmas but hopefully we can push on from here," he told United's official website.
"From what I can gather the players are lacking a bit of confidence, but looking at them in training they look bright and lively.
"Swansea look to be the main team, but there's a lot of teams with not many points between them, and it's a case of who gets on a winning streak and quickly. Four or five wins can put you in the mix.
"It's regaining the confidence that was there until November or December.
"The best teams in the world go through spells, and once players lose confidence you have to regain it as quickly as possible."
