Parker pays tribute to medical team

The 22-year-old played for the first time since undergoing hip surgery in United's 6-1 reserve-team win over Scunthorpe. "There are times when you think everything is against you and you won't see days like this, but the physios were brilliant," Parker told Leeds' official website. "Every time I had a down moment they put an arm around me. The lads have kept my spirits high as well. "I've only been training a few weeks and now it's a case of building my fitness. "I need a few more reserve games and hopefully I can push towards the first team again."
