New setback for Nicholls

Leeds United midfielder Kevin Nicholls will be sidelined until December after undergoing knee surgery.
Nicholls suffered a knee injury during his first training session after joining the Whites from Luton Town in a £700,000 deal in July.
He battled back from that to resume playing in mid-September, but aggravated the problem when his boots got caught in the turf during last weekend's 4-2 loss at West Brom.
United's caretaker boss John Carver told the club's official website: "Kevin has had an operation on his knee and we are all very disappointed for the lad.
"He has worked very hard to get himself fit after the first injury and he has now been hit by another freak.
"He's a strong character and very determined at what he does - he's proven that already with the way he came back from the first injury - and we can't wait to have him back again."
