Leeds United's new manager Gary McAllister has urged his players to keep their heads up after they suffered a 2-0 home defeat at the hands of Tranmere Rovers.
The loss dropped Leeds out of the play-off places, with McAllister acknowledging that there is much work to do.
He said: "There is work to be done on the training ground to get us back on track again.
"We are in a bit of a rut at the moment, but we have 16 games left to get out of this division and I know how many wins we need. We have to be better than that.
"We have to show a bit more bravery on the ball and first we have to make sure we compete and win our battles. The players have shown this season that they can win 12 games or so in a row.
"Since being out of football I've probably seen more matches than ever, so I know what's required."
