Leeds trial for Hungary defender
The giant defender is set to spend the next week with Simon Grayson's side, although reports in Hungary suggest he has other offers. Vasko, 25, is back with Hungarian top flight side Ujpest having spent the previous two seasons on loan at Bristol City and Italian side Avellino. He impressed during his time at Ashton Gate and boss Gary Johnson had wanted to sign him permanently, but a deal failed to materialise. Now the Hungary international centre-half is trying his luck at Elland Road with a view to a permanent deal. Vasko confirmed earlier this month he was looking forward to his trip to West Yorkshire.
