Leeds staff taking shape

Leeds United manager Gary McAllister has appointed former Carlisle United boss Neil McDonald as the club's first-team coach.
The experienced McDonald worked under Sam Allardyce at Bolton and was Iain Dowie's assistant at Crystal Palace, before taking over from the departed Paul Simpson at Carlisle at the beginning of the 2006/2007 season.
He guided the Cumbrians to their highest league position last season in 20 years before being sensationally dismissed after the first game of the current campaign.
He then had a brief spell coaching Swedish side Ostersunds and saved them from relegation.
More recently, he assisted Peter Jackson at Lincoln City and his move coincided with a mini-revival for the League Two strugglers.
McDonald joins Steve Staunton as McAlister looks to breathe life into the struggling Yorkshire giants.
