Leeds release midfielder Hatfield

Leeds have parted company with midfielder Will Hatfield after agreeing to cancel his contract by mutual consent.

The 20-year-old was a product of United’s Thorp Arch academy and captained the club’s reserves but failed to win a first-team debut with the Whites and spent time on loan at York City and Accrington Stanley in the past two seasons.
