Leeds boss wants Gradel extension
The 22-year-old's month-long deal officially expires at the weekend, but with the league game against Swindon postponed due to international commitments, Tuesday night's Johnstone's Paint Trophy victory over Grimsby will be the last appearance of his stay. "We've had conversations with (Leicester manager) Nigel Pearson and we'll have another one and see if we can extend it," Grayson told Leeds' official website. "We don't need to press ahead as we haven't got a game at the weekend, and it will be Leicester's decision. "If he has to go back to Leicester we will wish him well and thank them for allowing him to come to us in the first place, but hopefully we will be able to agree something. "I think he would like to come back, he's fitted in really well, he's a bubbly character and he's done really well for us."
