Leeds United striker Tresor Kandol has signed a contract extension which will see him remain at Elland Road until the summer of 2011.
The 26-year-old hit-man has scored five goals in 11 games already this term and has been handed an improved contract as a reward for his efforts.
Kandol has played for a variety of English league clubs in his career before Leeds, including Luton, Darlington, Cambridge United and Barnet.
Kandol follows Jermaine Beckford in signing an extended contract, while four other youngsters, Ben Parker, Rob Bayly, Scottn Gardner and Jonny Howson, put pen to paper earlier this week.
Talking to Yorkshire Radio, Leeds chairman Ken Bates discussed the signings, saying: "Dennis Wise targeted six players for new contracts, Tresor was the last.
"It's encouraging for the youngsters that they are being rewarded."
