Grayson plays down touchline row
Published : 21 Feb 2010 16:08:37

United were only minutes away from a second home defeat in the space of four days in League One after Glenn Murray's 77th-minute penalty, but Robert Snodgrass' late leveller earned Leeds a point and sparked a melee between the dugouts after the hosts celebrated in front of the Brighton's bench. Leeds boss Grayson said: "There was a bit of passion being thrown around at the end of the game. Glynn (Snodin) got carried away slightly. I think their assistant manager refused to shake his hand." Grayson also hit out at the tackle on Max Gradel that earned Brighton defender Adam Virgo a straight red card in the 81st minute. He added: "It looked a horrendous tackle. Max tried to jump out of the way or it could have caused a serious injury."
