Leeds United have been boosted by the news that skipper Paul Butler has not broken his foot.
The 32-year-old was replaced at half-time of the midweek defeat at Cradiff City, but x-rays on the problem have returned positive results for the Whites.
Head physio Dave Hancock told the club's official website: "He played the first half and was sore when he came off at half-time.
"Sending him for an x-ray was the right thing to do. He wanted to play on but we advised him not to, because if it had been a fracture then he could been out for very long time if he damaged it further.
"Basically it was a blood clot from a contusion picked up in the Millwall game that had swollen up to the size of golf ball. It obviously caused him a great deal of discomfort."
