Leeds United chairman Ken Bates has attempted to end the speculation surrounding the future of Fabian Delph after claiming the teenager is definitely staying at Elland Road.
The 18-year-old midfielder has been linked with Newcastle United and Manchester United in recent weeks following his impressive start to life in the League One club's first team this season.
"I'm sick of reading about it," Bates told Yorkshire Radio. "It's usually written by people who are flying kites.
"This is the last time I'm saying it: Fabian has just signed a four-year contract and is with us until 2012.
"We do not intend to comment any further on this speculation anywhere."
