Whites Draw Lincoln City In Carling Cup

Leeds United have been drawn at home to Lincoln City in the first round of the Carling Cup. The tie will be played on the week commencing August 9. Leeds last met the Red Imps in a competitive match nearly half a century ago, with the Whites beating City 7-0 in the old Division Two in April 1961. United's Championship fixture list will be unveiled tomorrow.
