Leeds United will face Bradford City in the first round of the Carling Cup. United’s neighbours will come to Elland Road during the week beginning August 8, the second time in three years that the teams have met in a knockout competition. Leeds ran out 2-1 winners during a Johnstone’s Paint Trophy encounter between the sides at Elland Road in 2008.
