As well as midfielder Conor Henderson (20), forward Watt (20) has his contract with the Gunners.
Henderson was a regular for the Reserves last season with 13 appearances.
Watt’s career has also taken in a loan spell with Southend United as well as Leeds, the second of which brought him back to Emirates Stadium for an FA Cup third round tie with the Gunners last season.
