"We went to win the game against Southampton. We went to win the game against Wycombe. And it will be no different against Leeds," he said.
"Gus knows them very well but we won't approach it differently. They're a good team and proving it by their position. But it doesn't change, you have to go and perform on the day.
"We've got the players, we've seen it on Sunday, to beat any team. They are very confident and relaxed, and must keep concentrating.
"Just because we are playing the top we're not going to change the way we think. We've a really clear goal to to get out this league into the Championship, so we need to win games."
