Since they took charge, manager Gus Poyet and assistant Taricco have overseen a superb 3-1 win at Southampton last Sunday followed by Wednesday night's FA Cup victory over Wycombe, so the Argentinian sees no reason to adopt a defensive mentality.[LNB]"We went to win the game against Southampton. We went to win the game against Wycombe. And it will be no different against Leeds," he said.[LNB]"Gus knows them very well but we won't approach it differently. They're a good team and proving it by their position. But it doesn't change, you have to go and perform on the day.[LNB]"We've got the players, we've seen it on Sunday, to beat any team. They are very confident and relaxed, and must keep concentrating.[LNB]"Just because we are playing the top we're not going to change the way we think. We've a really clear goal to to get out this league into the Championship, so we need to win games."[LNB][LNB]
