Snodin: Whites must pull together

25 February 2009 14:11
Snodin, who joined Simon Grayson's coaching staff in January, saw United fall to successive defeats to Huddersfield and Hereford before returning to winning ways with a 2-0 win over Cheltenham.[LNB]Leeds face Scunthorpe and Oldham on Saturday and Monday respectively, and Snodin told the club's official website: "They are two massive games coming up. It's been a mixture since I came in. We had the win against Millwall, the little upset at Huddersfield where I thought we played well second half and then it was very disappointing at Hereford.[LNB]"Things were said after the Hereford game and they responded brilliantly against Cheltenham. The work-rate was good, we stepped it up and the togetherness was there again.[LNB]"If you get that all together you will do well. The great teams have that togetherness. Sometimes individuality will come out but to go up you need everyone pulling together.[LNB]"There's no secret formula. If everyone gets their consistency week in, week out there won't be a problem. At the same time you can't just put a Leeds shirt on and win. Every team wants to beat you. When you play for this club you have to wear the white or yellow shirt with pride."[LNB][LNB]
