Snodgrass, 22, has been rewarded for his impressive form this season by being included in the senior squad for the first time, 14 months after joining Leeds from Livingston. He said: "I'm really pleased. You want to play for your country and it would be a great honour and a proud moment for me. "I'm grateful that Scotland have been keeping tabs on me and it's a nice to reward to get called-up." Snodgrass was signed by previous Leeds manager Gary McAllister in July 2008 for an undisclosed fee and scored 11 goals last season. He has notched three in the current campaign. Leeds' League One clash at Bristol Rovers on October 10 has now been postponed as Simon Grayson's side will now be without Snodgrass and central defenders Patrick Kisnorbo (Australia) and Lubo Michalik (Slovakia).
