Showed A Different Side To Our Game - Boss

Simon Grayson praised his side for producing a disciplined performance which saw them come away from Vicarage Road with three points. Reflecting on a result achieved by a strong defensive performance, he said: 'This is a tough place to come to. It's a first away win of the season, we kept a clean sheet which I'm delighted with and we had to show a different side to our game today. 'We'd like to have passed the ball around a bit more, but were put under pressure at times. But we dealt with it well and there was a lot of hard work achieved by the side today.' Leeds' winner arrived in just the sixth minute when captain Richard Naylor prodded home from just a yard out, and they were then indebted to goalkeeper Kapser Schmeichel who thwarted everything thrown at him after the break. Watford manager Malky Mackay said: 'It didn't quite happen for us today. We huffed and puffed, had some near misses and on another day could have got a draw.'
