Schmeichel Completes Move
Kasper Schmeichel has completed his transfer to Leicester City for an undisclosed fee. He has accepted a three-year contract at the Walkers Stadium. The Dane last week claimed he was being forced out of Elland Road and had no wish to leave, but United made it clear there was no future for him at the club. Simon Grayson has already signed goalkeeper Paul Rachubka from Blackpool, and with Shane Higgs also having left another senior keeper is set to arrive in readiness for the new season.
