Nunez remaining realistic

Leeds' new signing Ramon Nunez has admitted it will be "very difficult" to force his way into manager Simon Grayson's starting line-up after being handed a short-term deal. But the Honduras international, who has an option to extend his contract in January, has targeted regular first-team football at Elland Road after turning down several offers in Mexico to ply his trade in England. Nunez, 24, said: "I know I have come to a better club in Leeds. There is great tradition and I'm delighted to be here. "My target is to get into the team as soon as possible. I want to be playing games in the starting XI - as anyone on the team does. "But I know it will be very difficult for me to get into this Leeds team. They have been on a good run and there are a lot of great players on the field who are doing a great job. I have to do my job on the training field. "But every team I have been on I have been able to score some goals and hopefully I can do that here at Leeds."
