Miller: United schedule was tiring

02 March 2010 17:35
Starting with the trip to Exeter in January, Leeds played a total of 13 games in 42 days and Miller now expects the players to recharge their batteries before the weekend visit of Brentford.[LNB]Miller said: "Everyone can make a million excuses about the past month or so but there's a freshness about them and they were really enthusiastic.[LNB]"If I'm being honest I think there was a degree of tiredness, both physically and mentally.[LNB]"The performances for a period weren't as they were earlier in the season and it's only natural that people look for reasons.[LNB]"We played a lot of games over a short period and the games came thick and fast. The players didn't get a chance to think about anything other than game, game, game, so it's a tiredness mentally as well."[LNB][LNB]
