Milanic ponders options

Leeds head coach Darko Milanic has hinted at one or two changes for his first home game in charge against Reading.

Former Sturm Graz boss Milanic's first game ended in a 2-0 defeat at Brentford on Saturday and although he has no new injury or suspension worries, the Slovenian could be tempted to tinker with his starting line-up.

Defender Gaetano Berardi sits out the final game of his two-match ban following his second dismissal of the season in the recent win against Huddersfield, while midfielders Casper Sloth and Luke Murphy are pushing for recalls.

Leeds are chasing a fifth win in six home matches in all competitions this season.

Jake Taylor is a doubt for Reading after pulling up injured against Wolves on Sunday.

The winger scored the Royals' second goal in the 3-3 draw at the Madejski Stadium but came off shortly afterwards feeling his hamstring.

Hal Robson-Kanu was rested at the weekend having made his comeback from a knee injury against Derby in the Capital One Cup so he could return to the squad, while Danny Guthrie came on as a second-half substitute against Wolves following his recent calf problem and is pushing for a start.

Stephen Kelly (knee) is also close to returning, but Shaun Cummings, Danny Williams, Jem Karacan (all knee), Garath McCleary (back) and Anton Ferdinand (hamstring) remain sidelined.
