Austin missing for Leeds

Leeds midfielder Rudy Austin is an injury doubt for the home game against Charlton.

Austin was replaced at half-time during the home defeat to Doncaster at the weekend due to an ankle injury and was replaced by Michael Tonge, who could make his first start since Boxing Day.

Defenders Sam Byram and Stephen Warnock both shook off knocks in time to be included in the squad on Saturday - the former played the full 90 minutes - while manager Brian McDermott has no other new injury or suspension problems.

Leeds, hoping to avoid a third straight defeat, have won only one of their last nine matches.

Charlton will check on Astrit Ajdarevic ahead of the trip.

The on-loan Standard Liege midfielder missed Saturday's 3-0 defeat at Derby due to a bout of flu.

Manchester United loanee Davide Petrucci could be handed a full debut after a lively cameo as a substitute against the Rams while striker Joe Pigott, back from a loan spell at Gillingham, is also pushing for a start.

Chris Solly remains sidelined by a knee injury, and although fellow defender Leon Cort recently recovered from his long-term knee trouble he picked up a hamstring problem on his comeback for the reserves.
