Higgs Exits Elland Road
Back-up goalkeeper Shane Higgs will be leaving the club this summer. The veteran shot-stopper, who joined on a free transfer from Cheltenham Town in 2009, was signed as cover for then No 1 Casper Ankergren and he made 29 appearances during his two years at Elland Road."He did well for us last season and has provided good competition for us this season," Grayson said on the official club website. "Shane is at an age where he needs to be playing regularly and we can't offer him regular football."
