Grayson's boys rise to challenge

Leeds boss Simon Grayson is confident of a successful campaign if his team can maintain their current level of performance. Since suffering the 4-0 home defeat to Cardiff last month Leeds have won three of their last four matches to climb up to fifth in the table. Grayson told the club's official website: "We challenge the players every day in training and every day on match days. "I challenged them a few weeks to go on a run of results and if we can keep this up we can do well. "There isn't a lot of difference in this league between the top and the bottom as the results keep showing. "I was disappointed to draw at home to Hull, but if you'd have offered us a week like last week, we'd have taken it. If we keep maintaining the level of performances we have a chance in this division."
