Jermaine Beckford's 25th goal of the season and his first since late January salvaged a 1-1 draw for second-placed United after Ben Strevens had given Brentford a surprise 59th-minute advantage at Elland Road.[LNB]Third placed Charlton are now just two points behind Leeds, who trail leaders Norwich by seven points after being eight points clear at the turn of the year, but Grayson said: "We are still in a good position to kick on and achieve what we set out to do at the start of the season.[LNB]"We've gone four games unbeaten and would like to have turned a few draws into wins but nobody said getting promoted would be easy.[LNB]"You have to grind out results at times. We are frustrated that we didn't win the game, especially as we were in total control without getting the rub of the green.[LNB]"Until their goal we were playing as well as we have done for a long time. One lapse in concentration cost us the goal but we have to maintain our belief."[LNB][LNB]
