The visitors looked to be heading for a well-deserved point when, with just one minute of normal time remaining, Stephen Hughes crossed for fellow substitute Chris Martin to head home a dramatic winner for the Canaries.[LNB]Leeds' misery was compounded moments later when substitute Tresor Kandol, who had been on the pitch for less than a minute, was red-carded for raising his hands to Darel Russell.[LNB]Grayson said: "You've always got to stay positive and after the disappointment of losing to Millwall the other night there were a lot of positives to take out of this game, even though we ended up losing it as well.[LNB]"It was a good response to Monday night and I firmly believe the group of players we have got will get us to where we want to be. Football has a funny habit of kicking you where it hurts at times."[LNB][LNB]
