Leeds boss Grayson said: "There was a bit of passion being thrown around at the end of the game. Glynn (Snodin) got carried away slightly. I think their assistant manager refused to shake his hand."
Grayson also hit out at the tackle on Max Gradel that earned Brighton defender Adam Virgo a straight red card in the 81st minute.
He added: "It looked a horrendous tackle. Max tried to jump out of the way or it could have caused a serious injury."
