Grayson: Places are up for grabs

Simon Grayson has told players currently not in the team that it is not too late for them to make a big impact during the race for a play-off spot. Leeds will bid to get back to winning ways at Elland Road against Reading on Friday and Grayson is pleased by his players' response to a poor recent run that has reaped only five points from their last six games. Grayson said: "We have four massive games for individuals and the club. You have to get the players lively again. You can analyse what went wrong, but you can't do anything about it now, you have to move on. "There was some good competition in what we did. They have to show the attitude to get in that team. Sometimes players impress you in training. "Davide Somma's done that, he's caught the eye with the way he's worked in training and that was one of the reasons why he came in on Saturday."
