The Londoners have come from nowhere in recent weeks to poise a serious threat to Leeds' automatic promotion hopes and a win at Elland Road will lift them to within three points of Grayson's side, who have faltered with just two wins from their last nine league encounters.[LNB]Grayson said: "It's a big game, but games against Millwall never need building up anyway. The points are valuable, but also because of where Millwall are.[LNB]"We've got Norwich and Swindon coming up as well, who are in similar positions. We know what's at stake, but we've got our focus.[LNB]"If we win we pull away, if we draw Millwall haven't gained any ground on us."[LNB][LNB]
