Leeds manager Simon Grayson hailed Max Gradel after the tricky forward's impressive display in a 5-2 thrashing of Yorkshire rivals Doncaster. Gradel gave the Rovers defence a torrid time and scored twice as Leeds won for the first time in four npower Championship matches to get their promotion push back on track. Grayson said: "He (Gradel) just epitomises what this team is about. He's got quality but also a great work ethic. "The way he chases down defenders and works rubs off on his team-mates and he is a breath of fresh air, a joy to work with. He's reaping the rewards for his endeavour and enthusiasm and he's a great lad to work with." The Leeds boss also revealed he hopes to add to his squad before Tuesday's trip to Preston. He added: "I was ringing around on Friday and will be ringing around Sunday, hopefully we might bring someone in but we will have to wait and see."
