Gradel - We must remain grounded

Max Gradel has warned Leeds must not start believing in all the hype after entering the Christmas fixture schedule in the second automatic promotion place. Gradel struck his fifth and sixth goals of the season as Leeds beat leaders QPR to move to within three points of the Londoners, but the Ivorian winger is not getting carried away. Gradel said: "The main thing is keeping our focus. We don't want to listen to what people say, even though it's nice. We just need to keep our focus. "It was a great team performance, everyone is working hard for each other and I was really pleased for everybody. "It's down to the gaffer and the staff. QPR are a good side, we had to be patient and we were." "If we keep working hard and believing in ourselves, we can finish up there. We've got a big squad and we're looking forward to our Christmas games now."
